    Processing Time

    • Premades: Typically takes one to five days to send, weekends, holidays and sales might extend the time.
    • Customs: Typically takes two weeks to make and package, depending on demand, orders can take up to a month.

    Cancellations and Returns 

    • Cancellations, no refunds after 48 hours/before the product ships.
    • No returns, sensitive products can not be returned for any reason.
    • Message me if an issue arises, refunds and remakes may be available depending on the issue.

    Care Instructions

    • Wash with warm water and toy cleaner, then air dry before storing.
    • Wash in empty dishwasher and no soap on top rack and air dry before storing.
    • Boil in pot to clean, then air dry before putting it away.
    • Store in dry area away from dust, sharp objects and other non-silicone toys. Satin or plastic bags are great too.
